Hey Polishers!,
How are you doing?? I'm still here just battling this cold. I do feel like I have a bit more energy than I did yesterday so that's good at least. I'm back with the third prompt from the WNAC November 2015. This challenge is hosted by +Simply Nailogical, @missbellatracey, and @kgrdnr. The theme for the month of November is Elegant and the prompt for the third week was Shattered Glass.
The technique in itself is pretty easy (well I think so) but I just hate how mine turned out. So I'm going to call this one a nail fail without a doubt. It does give a pretty neat effect but maybe I used the wrong kind of cellophane. I'm not sure. I'm just not impressed at all with this outcome. But I still felt like sharing it. Weird right?
Polishes Used:
- Duri: Rejuvacote (base coat)
- China Glaze: Liquid Leather (base color)
- Glisten & Glow: HK Girl Fast Drying Top Coat
Products/Tools Used:
- Toothpick
Are you participating in the WNAC November 2015? Have you tried the shattered glass mani before? How did yours turn out? Let me know!
