Little Black Dress Valentines Day Duo Swatches & Review

*PRESS SAMPLE*
Happy Monday!,

I hope that you're doing well. I'm okay for the most part. Just experiencing some back pain today. But hopefully it'll subside soon. Today I have a new to be indie brand to share with you! Keep reading for more!

Little Black Dress Valentines Day Duo
Let's start by getting to know the maker and company. Little Black Dress Nail Lacquer launched on July 1, 2016 with the modern day busy woman in mind. The concept is to offer pre designed polish sets and collections that are as versatile as that little black dress in your closet. Currently Little Black Dress offers three complete collections, several duos and a host of popular colours and finishes, is looking forward to launching cuticle oils and treatments along with gift sets in the future and has sold across North America and Internationally.

Little Black Dress is owned and ran by Courtne King with the help of a select team of assistants. Courtne is a native of Cleveland, OH and had spent most of her life in various parts of Maryland and Washington D.C.  Alright let's see these polishes!

Posh
Little Black Dress Posh

Posh is a greyish - beige creme polish with de-emphasized lavender undertones. The formula was very smooth, with good coverage and just glided onto the nail. To be honest guys I was unsure about the colour once I saw it but instantly fell head over heels once I got it onto my nails. Posh did dry to a semi-matte finish and had a good drying time in between coats. Shown is two thin coats with a glossy top coat.

Rouge Luxe

Rouge Luxe is a rich red polish with subtle shimmer and a soft fuchsia aura. Just like Posh the formula was smooth, glided onto the nail and had good coverage. I did find that this one did have more of a sheer application. Rouge Luxe did have a good drying time in between coats and did build nicely as well. I did have some vnl at two coats but you can do three if that bothers you. Shown is two thin coats with a glossy top coat.
