Daily Hues Nail Lacquer Poppin' Poppies Swatches & Review

It's Monday!,

How was your weekend? Mine was good can't complain. My daughters birthday was last week Thursday and she turned five. Then we had a little party on Saturday which by the time everything was over with we were all tired lol. So last week was a bit of a busy one for me but now I can get back to my regular postings. Today I've got the Daily Hues Nail Lacquer group custom for June to show you! See more after the jump!

Poppin' Poppies is a teal polish with matte neon orange/coral glitter, matte pastel orange glitter, and orange holo glitters throughout. I did find the formula on this one to be just a bit thick but still very manageable. Poppin' Poppies had good coverage and was almost a one coater for me. Since I do thin coats I needed two but depending on how you polish you could very easily get away with one. This polish did try fast in between coats, had a slight textured finish when dry and did build nicely. Shown is two thin coats with a glossy top coat.

I'm really glad that I was able to get this because I definitely don't have anything like this in my polish stash. Unfortunately this isn't available anymore but if you join the Facebook Fan Group you'll be able to get your hands on the next custom!

  1. This reminds me of some of the interesting contrast glitters Barielle did!

I love this polish! I hated that I missed out. I had poppies on my wedding dress. I have a fondness for anything poppy related.
