I know I've been rater quite lately and I will go into depth with that in another post. Today I've got some gorgeous polishes that are available right now and are absolutely perfect for summer! This is the Summer Playlist Collection by Bad Bitch Polish. This 12 piece collection consists of 6 cremes, 3 glitter toppers and 3 holo polishes! I will be splitting this post up into three so I don't bombard you with photos! To start off I'll be sharing the cremes with you. These polishes were all inspired by classic summer songs. Enough of my jibber jabber lets get started!
In The Summertime is a bright sunny yellow creme polish which is inspired by the song sung by Mungo Jerry. The formula was smooth and the first coat was a little sheer. I did find that this polish did dry exceptionally fast for me which I love! In The Summertime built nicely and had good coverage. This is a perfect summer yellow. Shown is three thin coats with a glossy top coat.
A Summer Song
A Summer Song is a lime green creme which was inspired by the song sung by Chad & Jeremy. This polish is a very bright green but no neon pigments were used in it. Honestly I'm usually very unsure about colors like this but absolutely loved this one. Just like In The Summertime the first good was a little sheer but did build nicely. Shown is three thin coats with a glossy top coat.
Summertime Blues is a blue creme which was inspired by the song sung by Eddie Cochran. I'm in lovvvee with this blue! The formula was fantastic, smooth and applied like butter. Also Summertime Blues was a one coater! No issues what so ever here. Shown is one thin coat with a glossy top coat.
Wipeout is a tangerine orange creme inspired by the song sung by The Beach Boys & The Fat Boys. I kid you not as I saw the name of this polish I started singing the song! Lol. This polish had the same formula as In The Summertime. Formula was smooth and dried fast with good coverage. Loving this one against my skin tone so much! Shown is three thin coats with a glossy top coat.
Summer Breeze is a teal creme which was inspired by the some sung by Seals & Crofts. The polish just like the others dries fast, but this one does dry matte so you'll need some top coat to bring it give it some shine. Yet another polish that I'm just crazy for! Summer Breeze had good coverage and built nicely. Shown is three thin coats with a glossy top coat.
California Girls is a berry purple creme inspired by the song sung by The Beach Boys. I had to save my absolute favorite for last. I actually squealed a little bit when I saw this polish. California Girls was smooth with good coverage, however I did find this one to be a little bit thick but still very manageable. This beauty is also another one coater! So this is just completely up my alley! Great drying time as well. Shown is one thin coat with a glossy top coat.
The Summer Playlist Collection is currently available for purchase! The entire set will be $50.00 for the minis or $100.00 for the full sizes. If you just want the cremes they will be $24.00 for the minis or $52.00 for the full set.
