WNAC January 2016: Quilted

Hey Lovely People!,

What have you been up too? Honestly I've just been really down and out the past couple of days. Had some really bad back spasms so I was out of commission. But I hope I can get back on a schedule now. Alright this also means that it's time to play catch up. For tonight's post I have the prompt for the second week of the WNAC January 2016 which is hosted by +Simply Nailogical@missbellatracey, and @kgrdnr. The theme for this month is Glitz & Glam and the prompt for the second week was Quilted. See more after the jump!

WNAC January 2016: Quilted
As I may have mentioned before I love doing this challenge because it pushes me out of my comfort zone and makes me try techniques that I wouldn't have tried otherwise. This is the first time I attempted doing quilted nails and liked the final outcome...although IMO I found placing the caviar beads tedious lol.

WNAC January 2016: Quilted

I had to make sure to move even faster than usual since I was working with a matte top coat. My first attempt was trying to use a flossing pick but let's just say I had some serious technical difficulties with that one lol.

  2. I've not tried quilted nails yet, and I'm thinking of maybe doing it for a Valentine's Day mani. I think it can be soft and romantic, right? Maybe without applying the caviar beads though. I ain't got time for that. ;)
