*PRESS SAMPLE*
Happy Monday!,

How was your Monday? Mine was good and productive. Today on the blog I have a new to me as well as a new to the scene indie brand to share with you. This is P.O.P. Nail Polish. This indie brand recently opened December 16, 2015 and is located in Lewiston, New York, United States. Let's get start now shall we?

P.O.P Polish Lempika Collection

Caribbean Gold
P.O.P. Polish Caribbean Gold

Caribbean Gold is a bright gold metallic polish that has a duochrome shift from gold-green-aqua. Unfortunately the shift was a bit hard for me to capture but trust me it's there. The formula was smooth with good coverage. Caribbean Gold did dry fast and a little matte . Shown is three thin coats with top coat.

My Portrait

My Portrait is a teal metallic polish with duochrome tendencies which shifts from dark blue -green-gold. IMO the shift wasn't as prominent on the nail. This is a gorgeous color regardless. My Portrait is a tad bit brush strokey but I didn't mind. Shown is two thin coats with top coat.

Portrait Of Mrs. M
P.O.P Polish Portrait Of Mrs.M

Portrait Of Mrs.M is a silvery purple metallic polish that leans more silver on me than purple. This one is a one coater! Polish Of  Mrs.M does have a fast drying time and did was very smooth. I was actually expecting this one to be extremely brush strokey but to my surprise it wasn't that bad. I wasn't really a fan of this color against my skin tone. Shown is one thin coat with top coat.

Sugar Plum
P.O.P. Polish Sugar Plum

Sugar Plum is a plum metallic with a plum to bronze shift. Again this is another one where unfortunately the shift is a tad difficult to capture but it's there in this beauty. I found this one to be thinner than the rest of the polishes. With that being said Sugar Plum did build nicely and had good coverage. Shown is three thin coats with top coat.

New York
P.O.P. Polish New York

New York is a rose gold metallic that has good coverage. This is another one of those polish that I don't too much fancy against my skin tone. I had to issues with the formula and this was also a one coater! New York did dry fast with minimal brush strokes. Shown is one thin coat with top coat.

Portrait Of Mrs. Bush
P.O.P. Polish Portrait Of Mrs.Bush

Portrait Of Mrs.Bush is a metallic Christmas red that can be worn anytime of the year as well. The formula on this one was smooth and dried fast. I was able to achieve full coverage of this gorgeous color with one coat! Three one coaters in one collection? That's awesome IMO. Shown is one thin coat with top coat.

For me this collection was okay. If you're a fan of metallic polishes then you're really going to love these. I did find that these polishes did have a smell to them. They weren't strong but it's there. There also isn't much information on if these polishes are 3-FREE or whatnot. So hopefully that can be updated soon. You can purchase these polishes along with a few other that have been added to the website here. To keep up with updates with P.O.P. Polish you can follow them on instagram.
What did you think about these polishes? Any that you like? Let me know down below!
